For the Crust:

- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- For coating:
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- 2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- 4. Using your hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- 5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- 6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute maple syrup for honey. Almond butter can replace peanut butter for nut allergies.
