Description

A flavorful Turkish kebab made with marinated meat, grilled to perfection and served with aromatic rice.


Ingredients

  • 500g lamb meat, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Marinate the lamb cubes with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and tomatoes.
  4. Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the kebabs hot with the cooked rice on the side.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the marinade. Ensure meat is fresh for best results.
