Description
A flavorful Turkish kebab made with marinated meat, grilled to perfection and served with aromatic rice.
Ingredients

- 500g lamb meat, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb cubes with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and tomatoes.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the kebabs hot with the cooked rice on the side.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the marinade. Ensure meat is fresh for best results.
