Description
Tender Turkish kebabs served with fluffy rice, an authentic Middle Eastern dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the kebab mixture by mixing ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Shape into patties or skewers.
- Cook kebabs on a grill or in a pan until browned.
- Boil rice in water with oil until fluffy.
- Serve kebabs over rice.
