Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chopped bacon over the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
- Add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes if using.
- Serve hot.
