Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chopped bacon over the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
  5. Add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes if using.
  6. Serve hot.
