Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges.
  7. Place the roll on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a crispier roll, brush the top with egg wash before baking. Pairs well with fries.
