Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil leaves in a circle on the pastry.
  3. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to form a wreath shape, sealing the edges.
