  • 2 tspInstant Yeast

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until elastic.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough, shape into small balls, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
