Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the halved pears on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle the pears with honey and sprinkle with walnuts and blue cheese.
  4. Add the fresh berries on top.
