Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
  4. Add the mixed berries around the pears in the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts and blue cheese.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh mint if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute blue cheese with a plant-based alternative. Ensure pears are ripe for the best flavor.
