- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
- Add the mixed berries around the pears in the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts and blue cheese.
- Let cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
