Crispy and flavorful potato wedges made easily in the air fryer with minimal oil.

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
