For the Crust:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Serve immediately.
