For the Crust:
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately.
