For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
