For the Crust:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup reduced apple cider
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla, then gradually mix in reduced apple cider.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
