Soft, chewy cookies infused with warm apple cider flavor and topped with a sweet cinnamon glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup reduced apple cider
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla, then gradually mix in reduced apple cider.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
