For the Crust:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup reduced apple cider
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla and reduced apple cider.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
