For the Crust:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup reduced apple cider
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla and reduced apple cider.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
