A delightful fusion dessert combining creamy cheesecake with spiced apple filling and a crunchy oat crumble topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over cheesecake batter.
  4. Combine oats, flour, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
