- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and set.
