For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and rub the spice mixture evenly over them.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
