For the Crust:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir. Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Spoon batter into prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
