For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced thinly)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned.
- Add bell pepper and black pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
