For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and black pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
