For the Crust:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm over seafood, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
