For the Crust:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, combine all the dried herbs, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the herb mixture.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with warm crusty bread for dipping.
