For the Crust:

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced carrots, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
