For the Crust:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced carrots, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat.
  3. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
