Cauliflower Pizza Crust

A low-carb, gluten-free pizza crust made from cauliflower that’s crispy and delicious.

For the Crust:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly, then wrap in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a 10-inch circle or rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm. Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and bake for another 10 minutes.
