A hearty and comforting casserole that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a delicious baked dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, condensed cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped pickles if desired. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
