For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, condensed cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped pickles if desired. Serve hot.
