For the Crust:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 cups frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and lightly grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced green onions before serving.
