For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns lightly if desired. Assemble the burgers with the cooked patties and your favorite toppings.
