For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Toast the burger buns lightly if desired. Assemble the burgers with the cooked patties and your favorite toppings.
