For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving. Slice and enjoy!
