For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
