For the Crust:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared bundt pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
