  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
