For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
  2. Add the lemon juice and Dijon mustard, then mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
