For the Crust:

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
