For the Crust:

  • 1 medium head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
