For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
