For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken breasts in a greased 9Γ13-inch baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top, followed by crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
