For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9Γ—13-inch baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top, followed by crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
