A refreshing and creamy pasta salad with crab meat, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked pasta, crab meat, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
