A refreshing and creamy pasta salad with crab meat, perfect for summer gatherings.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, crab meat, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
