For the Crust:
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in crabmeat and shrimp until evenly coated with the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
