For the Crust:

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in crabmeat and shrimp until evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
