For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)
- 24 small pretzel sticks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 24 small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the crushed crackers in a shallow dish and roll each cheeseball in the crackers to coat evenly.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cheeseball bite.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
