For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a small baking dish. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cranberry layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
