For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a small baking dish. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
- In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cranberry layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
