For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, turkey, cranberries, celery, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, chicken broth, melted butter, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry mixture and stir until well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Form mixture into 2-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
