Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Savory turkey and herb stuffing mixed with sweet cranberries, formed into convenient balls and baked until golden.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, turkey, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, chicken broth, melted butter, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry mixture and stir until well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Form mixture into 2-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
