For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread cubes, cranberries, onion, celery, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken broth and mix until ingredients are evenly moistened.
  4. Form mixture into 12 equal-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
