Juicy chicken breasts smothered in a creamy Tuscan sauce and topped with melted mozzarella.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
