For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
