For the Crust:
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in buffalo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and green onions before serving.
