For the Crust:

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and green onions before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
