Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

A rich and creamy twist on traditional lasagna with layers of chicken, Alfredo sauce, and cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the chicken, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
