For the Crust:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Gradually add milk while whisking continuously.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish filled with hot water (water bath).
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
