For the Crust:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until the frosting is light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. If the frosting is too thick, add more cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
