For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
- Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until the frosting is light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- If the frosting is too thick, add more cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
