For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta and heavy cream. Cover and cook until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot.
