For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta and heavy cream. Cover and cook until pasta is tender.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot.
