For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in ranch dressing, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Top each breast with crumbled bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing if desired.
