For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in ranch dressing, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Top each breast with crumbled bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra ranch dressing if desired.
