For the Crust:
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Toss to combine and serve warm.
