Golden crispy potatoes tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a flavorful side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.
  5. Toss roasted potatoes with garlic butter mixture and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
